    We had stayed for 2 night. Overall average stay. Ambience can be improved and facilities can be improved too. Food was good but you can't order after 7:30 pm. Surrounding is great

    Location is good. Food is so so. They did not provide any backup when the electricity was gone for the whole night. A 24x7 service would have been better

    Very limited breakfast. Have to ask again and again for breakfast. Only one fan in the room and that too not ceiling. No value for money

    Room and food is terrible. The room doesn't look like a resort, it looked like a homestay. The facilities and food was also not that of a resort/hotel.

    Very nice property with good staff. Food is good. Value for money. Rooms are quite big and comfortable

    Bad experience. Uncomfortable bed and mattress. Dirty blankets. Room not upto the mark. Very basic at this price

    Rooms were clean. But they had only one wall fan and no ceiling fan and no ac. Poor ventilation in room as windows didn’t have nets or grills for protection. The property is definitely overpriced. Also there are frequent power outages. At midnight 2-4am no power in room. Also the generator was not working. Breakfast also had limited options. Overall property is not worth the money.

    Very dissapointing stay experience. They didn't even provide dental kit. Basic amenities are also missing. Very bad experience. They have charged so much for null to minimal services.

    I found this hotel on MMT, it was a good hotel with amenities, as it's a place where it rains frequently, There are chances of power outages, but the location was very good, I loved the place and stay at hotel, food was also good and the staff at hotel were very pleasing, location was near to seven sister falls around 4km, overall had a great stay, looking forward to visit again cheers!
